Organized by the Togolese Boxing Federation (FETOBOXE), the national championship brought together a total of 40 boxers. They came from 16 clubs out of the 20. The fights took place in three rounds of 3 minutes. On the sidelines of the championship, coaches were trained on taking charge of the boxer during a competition and non-violence at the stadium.
The 2022 edition of the national boxing championship was held over 3 days, on October 27, 28 and 29.
