The last matchesf the third qualifying round of the Europa League and the Europa League Conference took place on Thursday evening.

In the Europa League, despite a double from Cape Verdean Ricardo Gomes, Partizan Belgrade (Serbia) was held in check at home by the Cypriots of AEK Larnaca (2-2, 1-2 in the first leg). Eliminated from this competition, the Serbs were returned to the Europa League Conference, where they will compete in the play-offs for accession to the group stage. The Luxembourgers of F91 Dudelange and the Swedes of Malmö FF drew 2-2 (0-3 in the first leg).

Moroccan Samir Hadji scored the Grand Ducals’ first goal, while Sierra Leonean Mohamed Buya Turay opened the scoring for the Scandinavians.Olympiakos Piraeus (Greece) qualified in Slovakia against Slovan Bratislava (2-2, 4-3 on pens, 1-1 on the first leg).

Guinean Aguibou Camara scored the second Greek goal, while Cameroonian Pierre Kundé missed his shot on goal.In the Europa League.Conference, the CameroonianJean-Pierre Nsamé offered himself a double in the victory of the Swiss of Young Boys Berne (3-0, 2-0 in the first leg) against the Finns of Kuopio PS.Istanbul Basaksehir (Turkey) easily qualified (3-0, 3-1 in the first leg) against Icelanders Breidablik, with a goal from Algerian Ahmed Touba.FC Vaduz (Liechtenstein), which plays in the Swiss Ligue 2, achieved a major performance by winning (4-2, 1-1 in the first leg) against the Turks of Konyaspor, with a goal from Ghanaian Franklin Sasere .On the other hand, the adventure is over for the Ivorian Serges Déblé, author of the only goal of Tobol (Kazakhstan) against the Bosnians of Zrinjski Mostar (1-1, 0-1 in the first leg).Same verdict for his compatriots Cheikh Doukouré and Ousmane Fofana, who nevertheless scored with Aris Salonika (Greece) during the – insufficient – success against the Israelis of Maccabi Tel Aviv (2-1, 0-2), and Ousmane Doumbia, who saved the honor of FC Lugano (Switzerland), eliminated by Hapoel Be’er Sheva (1-3, 0-2 in the first leg).
