The former breeder from Burundi is committed with BUMAMURU for a year.
The former head coach of Intamba mu Rugamba has just reached an agreement with the BUMAMURU FC team in Cibitoke to be his coach in one seaason.
Alain Olivier Niyungeko, who in the past season was on the bench of Vital’o FC who finished the championship in seventh place, was already present on the side of BUMAMURU according to rumors of Burundian football after the latter won the ticket for the African Confederation Cup.
Alain Olivier Niyungeko, an experienced coach who has been on the bench of several elite teams in Burundi including LLB S4Africa, Flambeau de l’Est and Vital’o Fc and even more he is the coach who managed to qualify the Burundi for its first time at CAN 2019 held in Egypt.
After the officialization of this agreement, BUMAMURU FC has also just recruited a Burundian international Shassir Nahimana, also with his experience has toured championships around the world.
It remains to be seen if he will help this formation on the side of Rusizi, by trying to pass to the first round of the matches of the African Confederation Cup, of which Burundi can no longer take the next step, 4 years ago.
